Zurich, Switzerlands largest city and the capital of the canton of Zurich, is the wealthiest city in Europe and one of the most affluent, expensive and socially safe cities in the world with the highest standard of living. Due to its extremely low crime rate, high affluence, mountainous environment and sweet air, Zurich is recognized as one of the best cities in the world for human habitation. It is known as the "Billionaire City of Europe" because it is home to billionaires from all over the world.

As an important economic, financial and cultural center in Western Europe, Zurich is a world-renowned cosmopolitan city, home to the headquarters of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, and the birthplace of Dadaism in 1916.

Zurich is home to the global and European headquarters of more than 120 banks, more than half of which are foreign banks. It is home to the top wealthy businessmen from all over the world who invest in finance and banking, which is why it enjoys the title of "Europes Billionaire City". The headquarters of UBS, Credit Suisse, Zurich Financial Services Group and many European private banks are located in Zurich. The strict confidentiality of the Swiss banking industry has made Zurich a major center of offshore banking in the world, with financial account flows accounting for about a quarter of the citys economic activity. The Swiss Stock Exchange is also headquartered in Zurich, and in 2014 Zurich was ranked first in the UN-Habitat Worlds Best Cities to Live in.
