I.Please read through Manual Instructions of 9th International Innovative & Entrepreneurial Competition. Participants should :.

1.Overseas high level entrepreneurship team or individuals with innovation achievements and entrepreneurship plans;.

2.The participant has not registered a commercial entity in Shenzhen and isn't the legal representative or shareholder, and plans to establish an enterprise in Shenzhen or cooperate with relevant industries in Shenzhen;.

3.Possess full ownership of all rights related to the product, the technology and the patent, have no property dispute with any other person, and assume full responsibility caused by any possible infringement;.

4.Competitors and projects that have won any award from the first China (Shenzhen) Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competition and all previous competitions (including domestic and international competitions) are not allowed to participate in this competition..

II. No information against Laws or public morality in China can be filled. Please be sincere and strict with behaviors..

III. Qualified participants who are going to enter Industrial Finals and Finals should accept all arrangements of Competition Organizing Committee as scheduled..

IV.Participants should read the industry division instructions carefully when registering, and select the industry that most closely matches their participating projects. After successful registration, it is forbidden to change the industry..

V. Protection and Limitation of Personal Information..

1. For any information entered by participants, the organizing committee shall not make than public or reveal that to any third party, unless otherwise specified as follow:.

Based on applicable laws and regulations;
Required by any judiciary authority or other competent departments pursuant to legal procedures;
For the sake of guaranteeing the competition's property and interests;
For the safety of other participants or any third person in case of emergency;
The competition and related enterprises or partners can properly gather, handle, save, convey and apply such personal information in order to provide participants with other information and services or carry out corresponding big data statistics, investigate their on-line behaviors or for other legal purposes.

2.Participants should submit complete registration materials, and be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information filled in, and the registration name must be consistent with the information on their passport or ID card; Non-submission or any inconsistency will affect the participation and prize collection. When participating in the competition, the roadshow representative of the participating project must be one of the members of the registration system and mustn't be replaced by others.

3. Participants shall properly keep their accounts and passwords. This website shall not burden any liability for any bad consequence (leakage of any personal information) caused by any misappropriate application or force majeure.

4. All terms, their validity and dispute resolution shall be subject to applicable Chinese laws and regulations.

5. The Organizing Committee shall have the final explanation right.
